垂吊式电缆在垂直敷设段带有3根钢丝绳,并配备专用吊装圆盘,钢丝绳用扇形塑料包覆,并与3根电缆芯绞合,水平敷设段电缆不带钢丝绳。电缆输送机垂直吊装设置吊具两副, 专用吊装圆盘及主吊具A,以满足二次倒缆的需求。
(1)专用吊装圆盘是整个吊装电缆的核心部件,由吊环、吊具本体、连接螺栓和钢板卡具组成, 其作用是在电缆敷设时承担吊具的功能并在电缆敷设到位后承载垂直段电缆的全部重量。在提升过程中的作用相当于钢丝绳牵引法中的主吊点B。
(2)主吊具A固定在电缆始端,其到专用吊装圆盘的间距为上水平段电缆敷设长度, 采用旋转头网套连接器。其具有消除电缆线及钢丝绳的旋转扭力以及
具有垂直受力锁紧特性。
垂吊式电缆敷设除与钢丝绳牵引法相同外, 还需注意以下几点:
(1) 对每个井口的尺寸及中心垂直偏差进行测量,并合理设置吊点。
(2) 设计穿井梭头用以导向吊装圆盘, 使其顺利穿过井口。
(3) 为确保电缆在起吊过程中的安全,应对承载单元与电缆专用吊装圆盘的连接进行整体拉力试验。从吊装电缆中取适当长度的承载单元3根, 将其固定在吊装圆盘上,分别施加恒定拉力的4倍,并观测吊装圆盘及承截单元有无变形和拉脱现象,无问题后方可吊装。
(4) 起吊过程中应调节电缆内3根钢丝绳的长度,保证电缆各部分受力均匀。
(5) 当吊装圆盘吊至所在设备层井口台架上方60mm时,停止起升,拆除穿井梭头,将吊装板卡入吊装圆盘的上颈部,用螺栓将吊装板与槽钢台架连接固定。
(6) 将每个楼层井口的电缆用抱箍固定在槽钢台架上,电缆与抱箍之间应垫有胶皮,以免电缆受损伤。
