电缆输送机电力安全规程规定:
电缆输送机设备非带电的金属外壳都需要接地因为在三十五千伏以下的电压等级的电缆大多是三芯电缆,采用两端接地的方式,使其在正常的运行过程当中,流经三个线芯的电流之和等于零,这样,感应电压就不会存在于铝包或者金属屏蔽外层的两端,所以在两端接地之后,就没有电流流过铝包或者金属屏蔽外层。 在三十五千伏以上的电压等级的电缆大多是单芯电缆,在有电流通过单芯电缆线芯的时候,就会有磁力线交链铝包或金属屏蔽层,此时,感应电压便会出现在它的两端。因此单芯电缆不应该两端接地,因为这样不但会形成电流的损耗,还会使铝包或金属屏蔽层发热,由此便加速了电缆绝缘老化的进程。
